The renovation has preserved the characteristic elements such as the star-shaped stone vaults and the choice to build the swimming pool in front of the olive grove. The house has a double bedroom, a sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. Large kitchen equipped with every comfort and dining area with table. 

A staircase on the side of the house leads to the first floor where there is an annexe with sitting room, double bed and bathroom with large shower. A brand new annexe is adjacent to the house and has a double bed and bathroom with shower. Outside there is a large patio, facing the swimming pool, with a table, a wood-burning oven and a kitchen. Relaxation area with sofa and hammock. The swimming pool (5x10mt) equipped with sun loungers, a further 3 showers, 2 dedicated to the pool and one next to the car park to alleviate the arrival from the beaches.

Villa Ricchiari is located just 500m from the famous Via Francigena; also near the property there are several bike paths that lead to the sea, passing through the olive groves of Salento, in about 10 minutes by bike.
